A. We can print on most surfaces e.g. plastic, metal, glass, ceramic, polypropylenes, PVC, leather and almost any type of surface.
Q. Do you need to test ink adhesion?
A. Yes, our modern print studio does testing on various substrates to determine the most suitable ink for each application.

A. Pad printing offers higher resolution of images. We can print on a wider variety of surfaces, with better registration of colours and the ability to print onto almost any shape.
Q. How large an image can you print?
A. Image size is dependant on the surface being printed, but generally we can print up to a 5" diameter image.
Q. Can you print metallic colours?
A. Yes, we can print metallic colours as well as various other types of inks, such as uv curing ink, non toxic inks, etc.
Q. How durable is pad printing ink?
A. Pad printing inks are extremely durable as we can formulate our inks by the addition of epoxies and hardeners to maximize adhesion and abrasive resistance properties based on the type of material to be printed. Modern pad printing ink technology has advanced so much that it far exceeds most other printing methods in its quality and durability.
